Volunteer for one 4-hour shift:
Your consignor fee will be reduced to $3.75
You will receive one pass to the presale
Volunteer for two 4-hour shifts:
Your consignor fee will be waived
You will receive two passes to the presale
Volunteer for three 4-hour shifts:
Your consignor fee will be waived
You will receive two passes to the presale
Your commission will be raised to 75%
Volunteer for four or more 4-hour shifts:
Your consignor fee will be waived
You will receive two passes to the regular presale
You also will be able shop a special presale just for 4 shift volunteers on Friday night & Saturday night
Your commission will be raised to 80%
We will need help setting up tables and clothing racks, arranging items as they are being dropped off, clipping tags and bagging items during the sale, keeping things neat during the sale, sorting at the end of the sale, and taking all tables and racks apart when the sale is over.
After the sale is over, we need sorters in order for everything that did not sell to get back to the correct consignor.
After set-up we will have a drawing for one volunteer to receive a $25 gift card to Wal-Mart. We will also have a drawing for another $25 gift card after the sort and break-down.
Ladies, we need lots of strong people for the set-up and take down process, so you may receive a pass if you volunteer your husband, brother, father, etc. During your volunteer time we will need your complete attention, so no children will be allowed during this time. You might find another mother participating in this part to exchange childcare so that you can work your scheduled shift and she can work hers.

Thursday 9 am to 1 pm
1 pm to 5 pm
5 pm to 9 pm
Friday 7 am to 11 am
11 am to 3 pm
3 pm to 7 pm
Saturday 7 am to 11 am
11 am to 3 pm
4 pm to 8 pm
We are willing to barter for other services you might be able to offer in order for you to attend the presale. Tables and chairs, clothing racks, printing services, advertising in the newspapers or on television, plastic thank you bags for checkout, advertising signs, etc. We are willing to consider any other suggestions that you might have. We will also be having a drawing for one volunteer to receive 100% of their total sales!

Referral Program
If you refer three friends who consign at least 20 items each, you will receive one pass to the volunteer presale. If you refer six friends who consign at least 20 items each, you will receive two passes to the volunteer presale.
If you are already a volunteer and refer three friends who consign at least 20 items each, your commission will be raised to 75%. If you are already a volunteer and refer six friends who consign at least 20 items each, your commission will be raised to 80%. Anyone who you refer must mention your name when signing up to be a consignor.
We feel like this is an event that benefits everyone that participates. We hope that everyone will stick to the volunteer schedule so that it doesn't make it harder for everyone else. Please make sure that your schedule is clear before you volunteer. If you have something that comes up at the last minute, you are responsible for finding a replacement. For this reason, if you volunteer and shop the presale and don't show up at your scheduled time, you will be charged a $10.00 fee and will only receive 60% commission from your items sold.
